School Holiday Workshop: Ceramic Mushrooms for the Fairy Garden

Let your child’s imagination grow wild in this whimsical clay workshop! In this hands-on session, young makers will create their own ceramic mushrooms, perfect to encourage fairies into the garden.

📍 Location: 4 Marlborough St, Mosman Park
👧 Age Group: 5+
🚗 Parking: Please park on the north side of Wellington St, parallel to Brown Park, to respect our neighbours.

Workshop Highlights:

🍄 Clay Hand-Building Basics
Kids will learn simple clay techniques to shape and build their own fantastical mushrooms—tall, tiny, spotty, twisty—whatever they dream up!

🎨 Magical Decoration
Children can add textures, patterns, and colour to bring their mushroom creations to life. Think fairy spots, mossy glazes, and wild shapes!

🔥 Fired & Finished
All pieces will be dried, glazed, and kiln-fired in the studio. Finished mushrooms will be ready for collection a few weeks later, sturdy and weather-friendly for gardens or plant pots.

✅ All Materials Provided
Clay, tools, and all decorative supplies are included in the workshop fee.
