Returns and Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Custom or made-to-order items will take longer to process, which will be outlined in the listing.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery estimates depend on your location and the chosen shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping:
- We currently do not ship outside Australia but please contact me for a quote.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- www.jasmineraisbeck.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Returns Policy
Returns Due to Damage or Defects:
- I take great care in packaging and shipping my artwork and pottery to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me immediately at jasmineraisbeck@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-returnable Items:
- Due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns for change of mind so please choose carefully before placing an order.
- Custom orders and personalized items are also non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Note: My ceramic pieces are hand-built and each one is unique. Variations in shape and finish are to be expected and are a part of their beauty. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.
Return Process:
- To return an item, please email jasmineraisbeck@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. I will provide you with further instructions.
Refunds:
- Once I receive your return, I will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Classes Policy
Class Registration and Payment:
- Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in the class.
Class Cancellations and Refunds:
- Please choose carefully, as I cannot offer a refund if you cannot make your class.
- If you do need to cancel your class registration, please contact me at least 7 days prior to the class date and I will give you a credit to attend a future class.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class date are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another person.
Class Rescheduling:
- In the event we need to reschedule a class, I will notify you as soon as possible and provide options to either attend the rescheduled class or receive a full refund.
