School Holiday Art Workshop: Bird Paintings in Acrylic

Let your child spread their creative wings in this vibrant and engaging workshop! Young artists will learn to paint their favorite feathered friends using acrylics, bringing their imaginations to life on canvas.

Parking: When dropping off your child, please park on the north side of Wellington St, parallel to Brown Park, to respect our neighbors.

Workshop Highlights:

• Introduction to Acrylic Painting: Kids will learn the basics of working with acrylics, focusing on vibrant and detailed bird paintings.
• Basic Layering Technique: Participants will explore layering techniques to add depth and dimension to their artwork, creating stunning, professional-looking results.
• Creative Expression: Guided by local artist Jasmine Raisbeck, children will bring their chosen bird to life on canvas with their own unique style.
• Hands-On Fun: This interactive workshop allows kids to experiment with colors and textures while exploring their creativity.
• All Materials Provided: Everything is supplied, including canvases, paints, brushes, and all other materials.
• Take Home a Masterpiece: Each child will complete their bird painting during the session, ready to take home and display proudly.

What to Bring:

• Comfortable clothes that can get a bit messy
• A smile and eagerness to create!

$65 per child (includes all materials)

Registration:

Spaces are limited to ensure each child receives individual attention. Secure your child’s spot by registering online.

Refund Policy:

• Please choose carefully, as I cannot offer a refund if your child cannot make their class.
• If you need to cancel your class registration, please contact me at least 7 days prior to the class date, and I will provide a credit for a future class.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class date are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another person.
