School Holiday Workshop: Paint Your House – A Landscape Painting Adventure!

Let your child transform their home into a work of art! In this hands-on workshop, young artists will create a landscape painting of their own house, using a photo they bring from home, while learning key painting techniques to bring their masterpiece to life.

Location: 4 Marlborough St, Mosman Park
Age Group: 5+
Parking: When dropping off your child, please park on the north side of Wellington St, parallel to Brown Park, to respect our neighbors.

Workshop Highlights:

• Guided Instruction: Led by local artist Jasmine Raisbeck, children will receive step-by-step guidance to create a landscape painting of their house (or Nanna’s house, or the holiday house ect). 
• Basic Perspective and Composition: Participants will explore techniques to place their house in a balanced and visually appealing composition.
• Layering Techniques: Young artists will learn how to layer colors to create depth, texture, and vibrant details.
• Fun and Interactive: This engaging workshop is perfect for fostering creativity and confidence in young artists.
• No Prior Experience Needed: Suitable for both beginners and those with some painting experience.

What to Bring:

• A printed photo of your house (ideally A4-sized) to use as a reference
• Comfortable clothes that can get messy
• Enthusiasm—all art materials are provided!

Pricing:

$65 per child (includes all materials)

Registration:

Spaces are limited to ensure each child receives individual attention. Secure your child’s spot by registering online.

Refund Policy:

• Please choose carefully, as I cannot offer a refund if your child cannot make their class.
• If you need to cancel your class registration, please contact me at least 7 days prior to the class date, and I will provide a credit for a future class.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class date are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another person.
