School Holiday Workshop: Mermaid Ceramic Plates

Let your child dive into creativity and imagination in this hands-on clay workshop! In this session, young makers will design and craft their very own ceramic plates, inspired by the magic of mermaids and the sea.

🚗 Parking: When dropping your child off, please park on the north side of Wellington St, parallel to Brown Park, to respect our neighbours.

🧜 Workshop Highlights:

🌊 Clay Hand-Building Basics
Children will learn beginner-friendly techniques to shape and form a functional plate.

🎨 Under-the-Sea Decoration
Kids can decorate their plates with mermaid scales, shells, starfish, and colourful underglazes.

🔥 Fired & Finished
Each piece will be glazed and kiln-fired at the studio. Finished plates will be ready for pickup in a few weeks – sturdy, food-safe, and full of ocean magic!

✅ All Materials Provided
Clay, tools, glazes, and firing are all included in the workshop fee.

What to Bring:
